Common Questions
Do I need to give you access to my store?
For Shopify and WooCommerce, we can work with collaborator or admin access. We always use secure connections and never share credentials. For custom builds, we may need FTP or repository access.
What if my store is on a custom platform?
Custom builds are our specialty. We have worked with headless Next.js shops, custom Laravel builds, and everything in between. The quote reflects the extra complexity.
Will this break my existing checkout or SEO?
No. Every change is additive or optimising. We never remove existing structured data, and we test checkout flows before delivery. If you have an existing SEO agency, we can coordinate with them.
What happens after the 30-day support period?
You can continue with a Monthly Retainer for ongoing monitoring and fixes, or simply reach out ad-hoc. There is no obligation. Most clients move to the retainer because new products and platform updates continually shift the score.
